Video Editing

Video Editing has grown to become my favorite way to create and express myself. There's no other way to create something that can hold so much feeling. The creative process, from brain-storming, to shooting, and then to progress on the computer, can be very fast. The computer application we use is Final Cut Pro HD and I have used it so much I know all the key commands to be able to edit faster. Video Editing is great because instead of having one still frame of artwork, you have many frames in which to tell a story. It's easy to create your visions exactly as you see them. You don’t have to settle with something, especially when you do the shooting and editing yourself. ‘Self Portrait #1’ and ‘Depression PSA’ both won ‘Best-Digital Video’ in separate Digital Dialog Art Shows.
